Client Care Summary:
Male client will need assistance with sorting mail, scheduling appointments, going to Dr. appointments, and paperwork completion. Our client is approved for 6.00 hours per week of IHS without Training.

IHS Caregiver without Training Job Description:
The IHS without Training Caregiver provides backup support or prompting for routines already learned. IHS without training is a service option that provides support, assistance and supervision in at least one of the community living service categories.

Community participation.
Health, safety and wellness.
Household management.
Adaptive skills.

Requirements:
• Must have valid identification.
• Must have valid car insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Pass a Department of Human Service background check.
• Provide tasks as required in the individual’s 245D Care Plan.
• Complete online CDS modules 30-days after starting with client and annually.
• Okay with repeated bending, stooping, etc. as necessary to meet the needs of individual clients.

• 1-year of successful experience working with elderly and disabled individuals.
