PCA – Personal Care Assistance
Provides hands-on and cueing assistance with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, and transfers.
CFSS – Community First Services and Supports
A person-centered service that helps individuals remain safely in their home and community. Supports may include personal care, household tasks, community participation, and other approved services based on the person’s needs and plan.
ICLS – Individualized Home Supports with Training
Provides individualized support in the home and community while teaching and reinforcing skills that promote independence. Training may include daily living skills, communication, safety, household tasks, and community participation.
IHS with Family Training (Individualized Home Supports with Family Training)
IHS with Family Training is a service designed to teach and support family members or caregivers so they can better assist a person with a disability at home and in the community.
IHS without Training – Individualized Home Supports without Training
Provides assistance and supervision with daily activities and routines when the individual needs support but is not receiving skill-building or training as part of the service.
Night Supervision
Provides overnight supervision (awake or asleep staff) and monitoring to help maintain the individual's health and safety during nighttime hours. Assistance may include responding to needs, monitoring for safety concerns, and providing support when necessary.
Respite
Provides temporary relief for the individual's primary caregiver while ensuring the individual continues to receive appropriate supervision, support, and care.
Adult Companion
Provides companionship, social interaction, supervision, and assistance with appropriate activities to help reduce isolation and promote community involvement and quality of life.
Homemaking with ADLs
Provides household assistance combined with support for activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, and transfers, as appropriate to the individual's needs.
Homemaking with Home Management
Provides assistance with household and organizational tasks needed to maintain a safe and functional home, such as meal preparation, laundry, shopping, organizing, and other routine household management activities.
Homemaking – Housekeeping
Provides routine household cleaning and maintenance tasks that help keep the individual's living environment clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable.
